What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt therapy is an experiential approach to self-exploration and personal development. It emphasizes the importance of being fully present in the here and now, accessing your emotions and body sensations, and exploring the patterns and beliefs that shape your life. By integrating gestalt therapy principles with equine-assisted activities, we offer a unique opportunity to tap into the wisdom of both human and horse companionship.

Why horses?
Horses are remarkable creatures known for their sensitivity, intuition, and ability to mirror human emotions. Through interactions with these gentle giants, you can gain insights into your own non-verbal communication, boundaries, and patterns of behavior. Horses provide immediate feedback, allowing you to develop greater self-awareness, build trust, and learn valuable life lessons.
What if you could truly drop some shit in the sand?
Join us for three days to learn what wisdom a horse might have for you if you were able to slow down and sink into what’s on your heart.
